Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the fastest growing Martial Arts worldwide and it is used by Law Enforcement and the military everywhere because it is a realistic self-defense method that allows a smaller person to control a larger attacker without any kicks or punches.
Our Jiu-Jitsu heritage lays with the legendary Ricardo De la Riva who always keeps his school open to visitors from all teams. Our school will follow his example and we will be open for all Bajans and visitors age 3+.
